Sign up and verify your account and details to get started. List your items, manage your bookings, accept or deny requests, and communicate with your renters all in one place. You will receive rental payments directly to your bank account. A 5% platform fee is deducted only after you accept payment for a booking.

Increasing residents' income one rental at a time.

We want to create a platform where local residents can earn more money for their time, while working a little less. Residents should be directly benefiting from visitors, and visitors want to support local residents. Knowing what businesses are actually owned by residents can sometimes be tricky, and so we aim for a more direct approach of connecting visitors with residents, to strengthen the local economy.
